At the Festival

Yes. Chairs will be permitted in certain areas in front of the stage. Chairs are not accepted in the Rogers Front Stage area. See the areas where chairs are allowed on the Loto-Québec Main Stage map.
Yes. The FMG has a raised platform to accommodate wheelchairs in complete safety and with an unobstructed view of the Loto-Québec Main Stage and the hot air balloon lift-off. Space is limited. Access is determined on a first come, first served basis. A wheelchair access mat provides an obstacle-free path to this platform.
Yes, strollers are allowed on the Festival site. However, strollers and Kids’ wagons are not permitted in the VIP section (Rogers Front-Stage, VIP Lounges and Lumivalli VIP Terrace).
Yes. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult to access the Festival site.
No. Pets are not allowed on the Festival site, with the exception of guide or assistance dogs.
Smokers are invited to use the areas identified for this purpose as a mark of respect for other festival-goers.
It is forbidden to smoke cannabis on the Festival site.
All found items will be kept at the Lost and Found tent directly on the Festival site until August 31st.
After that, they can be retrieved at the FMG office at 165 Saint-Antoine Street, Gatineau (Québec), J8T 3M6.
Items will be kept for a period of 90 days.
Unclaimed items will then be donated to organizations in the Outaouais region.
Tickets
5-day pass: access to the Festival site in general admission for the 5 days of the event.
Daily ticket: general admission access to the Festival site for the day of your choice (day chosen at the time of purchase).

For each product the maximum quantity is set at 10 per transaction.
It will be possible to purchase different products in a single transaction.
Each individual must be in possession of a ticket, regardless of age, with the exception of babies under 2 years old. Tickets are free for children 10 and under, but must still be reserved here.
You will receive your tickets by email, in electronic format (with QR code), after your purchase.
Yes. All children aged 10 and under (at the time of the Festival) must be accompanied by an adult. Children between 2 and 10 years old must have their own ticket to cross the entrance to the Festival site. This is free for general admission. Access, such as the Rogers Front Stage, the VIP Lounges or the Lumivalli VIP Pass, are subject to the same entrance fees as a person aged 11 and over.
Babies aged 2 and under, carried or in a stroller, can access the Festival site free of charge.
No. There will be no ticket office on site. You can only buy your tickets here.

Purchased tickets will only be available in electronic format. They will be emailed to you after your purchase.
You have the choice of printing your ticket or presenting it directly on your smartphone, for contactless admission.

All sales are final. You should carefully check the choice of your products and the dates before making your purchase since no returns, modifications or refunds will be allowed.
All the programming elements planned for the Festival, including hot air balloon flights and shows, are subject to change, delay or cancellation, without notice. No refund will be granted. The same applies if, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend the event.
If the event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, the Festival may offer you an exchange or a refund. You are solely responsible for checking whether the event is cancelled or postponed through the Site. If the event is cancelled in its entirety or postponed, the Festival will inform you through the Site of the guidelines and procedures for the exchange or refund.
The FMG may change its exchange and refund policies at any time at its sole and exclusive discretion.

Yes. Free admission is offered to the person accompanying a person holding a CAL card: Carte Accompagnement Loisir (carteloisir.ca) or the Access 2 card (access2card.ca/fr). Limited quantities may apply for certain shows. If you have one of these cards, please purchase your access (5-day pass or daily access) and then fill out the following form, indicating your invoice number. We will then be able to validate the form and, if approved, send you access for your companion within 7 working days. Limited quantities may apply to certain products.
The 5-day pass gives access to all FMG activities and shows with general admission* during the 5 days of the event, from August 27th to 31st, 2025.
*General Admission does not give access to the VIP sections (VIP Lounges, Lumivalli VIP Terrace, Rogers Front Stage) or Beauce Carnaval rides, unless you have upgraded your 5-day pass by purchasing Rogers Front Stage, Lumivalli VIP Pass or Beauce Carnaval Rides access.
You are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a place at the shows. The first-come, first-served rule applies.
The daily ticket gives access to all FMG activities and shows with general admission* for the selected date (opening hours may vary from one day to another).
*General Admission does not give access to the VIP sections (VIP Lounges, Lumivalli VIP Terrace, Rogers Front Stage) or Beauce Carnaval rides, unless you have upgraded your 5-day pass by purchasing Rogers Front Stage, Lumivalli VIP Pass or Beauce Carnaval Rides access.

Activities
Beauce Carnaval Rides access is mandatory for anyone who wants to enjoy the rides, regardless of age. It will also be necessary to have a 5-day pass or a daily pass from the FMG corresponding to the day of the chosen Rides access to enter the Beauce Carnaval Rides park. 5-day passes and FMG daily tickets are free for children 10 and under, reservations required for children 2 to 10.
If you don’t do rides, but have a 5-day pass or a daily pass from the FMG, it is possible to walk around the Rides park for free. Coupons will also be sold on site, at the entrance of the Rides Park, to do only some of them, a la carte.

Around 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. It should be noted that the flights are subject to weather conditions, the authorization of the flight directors and the decision of the pilot.
Yes, you can attend the morning take-offs (around 6:30 am) for free by going directly to the Festival site.
The Michel Quesnel, pharmacist fireworks will be presented after the last show on the Loto-Québec Main Stage, from Wednesday to Sunday.
The Night Glows take place in the evening during the shows, from Wednesday to Sunday. They are subject to weather conditions.

Yes. The shows will not be cancelled, but may be delayed in the event of heavy rain. A show may be cancelled ONLY during an electrical storm or when the safety of festival-goers is threatened.
The FMG Late Nights promises a festive atmosphere every evening from Thursday to Sunday. After the last show on the Loto-Québec Main Stage, head on over to the Extra Stage around 10:45 pm to keep the party going and dance the night away!
VIP
Yes. Rogers Front Stage access, VIP Lounges as well as a Lumivalli VIP Pass will let you enhance your experience at the Festival. You can purchase your VIP access starting April 15 here.
VIP access does not include entry to the general FMG site. A 5-day pass or a daily ticket corresponding to the chosen VIP access day is required to access the Festival site.

Yes. There is a front stage section for the evening shows at the Loto-Québec Main Stage. You can purchase your Rogers Front Stage access here starting April 15.

Yes. You can bring your lunch.
However, it is not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages, glass containers, or any liquid in a resealable container (whether sealed or not) onto the Festival site. Any liquid in a resealable container must be discarded at the entrance of the Festival site.
*We encourage our festival-goers to bring an empty reusable water bottle and use the water refill stations on site to fill it. We have a few water refill stations, including two near our main entrances.

Transportation and parking
Yes, bike racks are available free of charge at the Jacques-Cartier Entrance (1089, Jacques-Cartier Street) and at the Saint-Louis Entrance (988, Saint-Louis Street). Make sure you bring your padlock, as the parking lot is not supervised. In collaboration with MOBI-O and Ville de Gatineau.
By Bike:
Park your bike in our bike park at the Jacques-Cartier Entrance (1089, Jacques-Cartier Street) and at the Saint-Louis Entrance (988, Saint-Louis Street). Make sure you bring your padlock, as the parking lot is not supervised.
By Bus:
You can get to the FMG using the regular STO bus network. We encourage you to plan your route using the Plani-Bus at http://www.sto.ca/ or by phone with the STO team at 819-770-3242.
Volunteers: FMG offers free rides on the entire regular STO network from August 27 to 31 for volunteers who present their volunteer bracelet!
Additionally, thanks to STO promotions, several people can ride the bus for free or at a low cost.
Youth aged 12 and under travel free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
The Multi Youth card for secondary school students is valid at all times during the FMG.
Carpooling:
Carpooling is strongly recommended. Taking your car? Why not carpool with other festival-goers?
A paid parking lot is available at 988, Saint-Louis Street.
